Un-Belize-able
A little note to let everyone know that I will be out of office for the next 3 weeks. I will be returning emails as wifi allows, but voicemails will have to wait until I return to civilization. We are off to Belize(yay!)...which is far different from our last weekend away as a family as seen in this photograph. I will share some of my favourite images from my journey here, but to get a real idea of what we are up to, check out our family blog Pughville.com. The kids will be blogging our trip as they did when we went to Iceland. I'll be sharing my photographs.
Thank you to all my clients for their patience over the next few weeks as I spend some quality family time with the ones I love the most. It is greatly needed and we are un-belizably excited ;)

Eight
Today, my baby girl turns 8 years old. I find myself both mourning her past and anticipating the future. In the past year, she has changed so much that I have really come to realize that we are through the baby phase and truly on to the kid phase. And, I can see that one slipping away fast as Jack is on the verge of teenagerdom.
On a happier note, she has become quite the little model and is willing to sit and let me play. She likes the process...I see potential in this ;) I must mention that her lovely headpiece was a gift from the amazing Maya's Curls. I'm looking forward to playing with it outside in the snow soon :)
