It was a super hot day in June when I had the pleasure of documenting this day...so hot, that we cut portraits short and went for a cold beer(or Radler or Burt Reynolds--whatever) over at The Rose and Crown. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do ;) It was a beautiful day filled with family, friends and a whole lot of laughter. Here are some of the images we created together.

It's that time of year again!!! BACK TO SCHOOL!!! And, you know what that means??? It's time for my Too Cool For School Portraits! This year, I'm doing a one day event on SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 16TH. Each session is 10 minutes in length and we create about 5-7 images for you to choose from. The session fee is $50 and includes ONE DIGITAL FILE. Book your spot here:
Okotoks Maternity Photography
We had a lazy summer evening eating grapes and drinking iced tea while my friend and make up artist, Karlie from Love and Colour did her hair and make up in my studio before we headed out to create some images in the golden hours before the sun sets. Maternity sessions are my favourite....I say that all the time. Watching couples blossom into parents as they go from maternity to newborn sessions is just one of my most favourite things. I simply cannot wait to meet this little one later this summer.
A quick note about availability--I am mostly booked for the summer, so if you are hoping for a session, contact me soon so that I can get you in my schedule. September is starting to book now. I know that I am definitely not one of those parents who are on top of things, but if you are thinking that 2017 is your year for family photographs, now would be a good time to solidify one of the coveted best spots(3rd and 4th week of September).
And, if you are having a baby, I'd love to see you in and out of the studio to help you create some amazing images to celebrate.
